Women As Warrior

I am so happy to see us, as westerners, accepting women as warrior in a more global way. Women have been portrayed as weak, needy, fragile, and helpless for centuries. This old stereotype supports the patriarchy system. We have a masculine principle, the same way men have a feminine principle. Women can use this energy to be more assertive, out spoken, brave, daring, clear, and  grounded. We don't need to rescue us. We can protect ourselves. We can defend ourselves. We can take care of ourselves. It is nice to have a partner to share with but we no longer have to feel that the man is our everything.
